"O" no!

The "O" I was sent is not the same as pictured. The "O" shown doesn't have an opening on the side, it's on the bottom. I think I was sent a "C" because it has the opening on the side. They want me to inflate it to see if I'm wrong. Inflating it would render it useless for when I need it in a few weeks

Gold Letter Balloons

I was very disappointed in this product. It did not come with instructions, so I had to YouTube how to blow it up. It was not obvious at all, and I received different valves on different letters. It looked like I got 2 separate brands. And then, they ripped so easily and the Y popped a big tear before it was even filled up. I am very disappointed, especially that you can't run to the store for a quick fix.
