Amazing support but issue with part!

I was very grateful to the extremely helpful support line in helping me figure out the part needed for my shower. The part is no longer being made but I was able to purchase one that was still in stock. The cartridge was identical to the old one but unfortunately the screw threads to attach the screw that holds the shower handle temp regulator in place we're defective. I am awaiting a replacement part and hopefully those threads will match!
