It works great for the extra things I needed to hang up but the metal bars are aluminum. If you have to hang anything heavy like coats... I would probably hang the somewhere else cause it may not me sturdy enough for all the weight. I like the way it covers up what is in the closed. I like the cool shelves on the bottom. Its great storage.

This is a great product but the little plastic pieces that connect the poles together are junk. Those parts need to be a metal with plastic protect edges because the plastic broke on 2 areas. I'm not happy and hope the send replacement partsā€¦but the joints need to be a softish metal brace the plastic will break with any pressure!
