Disappointed in marketing

We searched all over for a MODEL KIT. This website describes the product as a MODEL KIT, and my receipt does as well. However, it is not a kit at all. We are very disappointed, but can't justify the cost of return shipping. My grandson has an overpriced toy tractor...
