If i could rate this as a 0 I would but since I cant I have to give it a 1. The shower jet system states that it is stainless steel but it is made out of plastic. I ordered it in November for a home additional and bathroom build. I was told by my contractor to order it a month early because of items on back order. It arrived in late November and the when the bathroom remodel started in late December we unpackaged it and we were surprised of how toy like it was. My contractor said it wouldn't work because of the plastic we would be needing to replace it in 3 Months. I tried to contact the seller for a refund and they told me no because a month had gone by. They know the product is trash or they wouldn't mind returning it. Why spend thousands and thousands of dollars on a bathroom remodel only to use TRASH in the heart and soul of it. I know $120 is not alot of money but it is when you have to chunk the product in the trash. Its a shame that Walmart would allow their customers to be taken advantage of. I will be using Amazon from now on!
