Great boots - Just what I wanted!

I have been looking for a pair of boots that looked just like this! It's taken months and I didn't even think to check Doc Martens!!! I wanted a pull on boot not laces but one that looked stylish but had the thicker sole for comfort if standing for long periods. They are quite tight to get on and off when you first wear them but within a couple of wears they have become easier - haven't worn them recently so hopefully will be easier each time I wear them. If they are like any other Docs I've owned I am sure that the will and become super comfy!!!

I bought a second pair.

I love this style so much I bought a second pair as my “good boots”. I didn't know Docs did an elastic sided boot until I saw someone in them and had to have a pair. They are the same leather as my first ever Docs in the 90s. Then another friend - also a brown leather Crazy Horse wearer - saw mine and we oohed and ahhed at how much we loved them. She said she hadn't been able to find them online again (she had worn hers to death) so began my mission to buy us both another pair before they sold out! We are worried this style has been changed slightly (the sole) and aren't fans of the new sole. Please don't change anything, we LOVE them as they are!!

The perfect pair of boots.

I read a lot of reviews before finally buying these and I have zero regrets! These are so comfy! I say that as someone who wears insoles in other shoes to help my feet, but I don't need them in these. I know some people struggle with the opening of the boot being small but I feel that comes with these being a Chelsea style boot. Once on they fit perfectly. I'm an 8.5/39 and they are true to size for me. Also I didn't have to wear them in like I have with Dr Martens in the past.
