Access Lighting Pendant in Black Chrome Color

I bought three of the pendant lights and ended up returning all three because the glass was crack for two out of the three lights. The lights are horribly made. The holes on the side of the clear glass used to secure the inside chrome mess is drilled. There is horrible chipping on the outside perimeter of the holes for all three lights. For one of my lights the horrible chip developed a small crack. The lights are poorly packaged. For one of the lights, the Styrofoam packaging was broken into pieces and was held together by clear tape. When I looked at the outside clear glass, their was a hairline fracture up and down it. This was clearly a return and yet they shipped it to me. One positive is that the Lamps plus customer service is amazing. I spoke to a really friendly woman on the phone and told her my problem. She provided me a return label very quickly. It was a pleasant experience dealing with the customer service.
