i like it i take it with my magnesium at nite. helps me have restful asleep. helps with restless leg also and leg cramps. helps to keep my body less acidic. the bone meal calcium seems to be easier on the stomach and digestion. i gave it to my dog added it to her food it worked out well for her also.

Great substitute for bone in homemade pet food!
I bought this because I make homemade cat food, and since I do not own a meat grinder nor do I want to, I decided to get this to supplement the food and provide calcium. The packaging is sturdy and there is more powder than expected in the bottle. My cat has not boycotted the taste so far!
