I originally bought PQQ for my husband who has the gene for Alzheimers and was already showing signs of short term memory problems. So along with Cognizin the PQQ was added to his supplement regime. He is steadily showing better memory retention and also his labs show a decrease in his overall inflammation levels which is also a problem he has. I have now added PQQ to our entire family's daily supplementation (there are 5 of us). I have also been giving PQQ to my daughter who has autism to help with her memory retention and she has also shown some overall improvement. I also like that BV doesn't add any flow agents into most of their supplements which means we're getting the most out of each vitamin and supplement without fillers that can actually cause inflammation. I will definitely continue using PQQ to our daily regime....very happy with this product.

I have been using this along with cognizin and hyperzine for several years. I'm 76, but my brain function on way sharper than friends of the same age.
