Good Quality Vegan Omega 3 Supplement!
I started taking this supplement after it was recommended to me by my naturopathic doctor that I start increasing omega-3 in my diet. I am a vegan, so I did not want to take fish oil supplements. I also eat flax seed regularly, but felt the need to do something more after getting some blood work done. I started on this omega-3 supplement, and have already ordered it two or three times since then. I have noticed great improvements in my lab work, and also, funny enough, I've noticed less buildup of earwax since starting to take this omega-3 supplement. My naturopath was thinking that was due to an improved balance in omega-3 to omega-6s in my diet. I highly recommend this brand. The ingredients are clean and the capsules are easy to swallow, too!

Good vegetarian source of Omega-3
Bought this based on reviews, good alternative source of Omega-3 for those who don't want to take fish oil based pills. Pills size is quite big but no issues swallowing with water.
