This table was perfect! The drawers are actual wooden drawers. The face looks like a basket but is mounted on wood.

Disappointed

This item arrived with a split in the wood. It was very heavy and just too much to box up and return. We made a repair and it will have to do until we find something else. You get what you pay for. You will take chance if you make this purchase.
