ive purchased tires several times from walmart, but this will be the last time. the tires are great, but customer service S__ks.
never ever i repeat ever hope you have to deal with anyone working at port charlotte( kings hwy), fl store. by far the worst experience ive ever had at any walmart. i can proove it try and call the auto dept at this store, youll see noone will ever answer. also another proof go to the store and wait in a line that no employee will ever acknowledge your even there. the walmart website was down for at least 3 days, so i couldnt go that route. i even called corporate and they said while on phone " let me call the store to get this straightened out", this store still didnt answer the phone.corporate told me that they would call me back after recieving info from store, that was 1 qeek ago so apparently this store still not answering the phones.
so i finally went to this store and yes i had to become quite loud and voicefull. finally that got someones attention and get my tires install date set up.
so setup date came up went to store at scheduled time( actually several mins early). again it took getting loud and voicefull.
tires are on the car, and i was off to never ever go to this store again.
