I bought another one for my sister for her upcoming birthday. The jewel tones are gorgeous, and just as pictured. The black one is a deep, elegant black. It is nice enough for a gift, and a really great robe for anyone! (For myself, I got the 2x to be oversized, but I could've worn a size smaller. I would say it's a bit oversized as it is.)
