Burt's Bees Lipstick - Lilly Lake

I tried the satin Lipstick in Sunset cruise and lily Lake. Firstly the new formula is super creamy and glides on my lip I basically have an extremely dry chapped lips so I want a lipstick that takes care of my lips and not emphasize my concerns. This satin lipstick has done a great job my lip feels smooth and conditioned plus the lipstick looks amazing the colors are wearable everyday once perfect for work.Easy to build up and reapply But definitely the formula is creamy which makes me feel happy when lipstick on as my lips look polished not flakey or creased. I have both Blush Basin and Scarlet Soaked. The former is almost exactly the same color as my natural lip, while the latter is a very pretty and bold shade of red. It goes on smooth, and definitely has been helping my chapped lips - my lips tend to dry out and chap if I go a day without lip balm, but this is a good substitute. It lasts for a few hours, but I've noticed that the color fades a little after 15 minutes or so - it's not a 'long-lasting' color, but lasts long enough for most situations. It doesn't seem to get caught on my teeth like some lipsticks, which is a bonus. I haven't had any irritation from this product, but I don't usually get irritation from lipstick anyway. I would combine this with a lip exfoliator for best results, because it does a good job to keep lips moist once you get the dead skin off, and perhaps some translucent powder if you prefer a matte finish, since it's quite creamy.
