Real Flame Calvin Outdoor Rocking Chairs Black - Set of Two

This is the worst company ever. My chairs were horribly mispacked. I ordered 4 chairs and 2 of the chairs were missing the proper pieces. I ordered black chairs and in one package I received a gray arm. In another package I receives 2 black left arms. I asked for a replacement arm. The seller claimed to have sent the replacement arm however Fedex "supposedly" lost the package. They "Sent" another replacement arm and Fedx "supposedly lost that package too. The seller, then tells me they will credit me for the cost of 2 chars. This was on 5/14/2024. They said it will take 1-3 business days. I have yet to receive the refund. I am writing this review on June 1. I contacted the seller and they said, they sent it and I should contact Walmart. I contacted Walmart and they told to me wait until 5/28.24. It is June 1 and still not refund. I contacted Walmart and Walmart CS stated the seller hasn't sent the refund yet. NOTHING this seller has said to me has come true. NOT ONE THING!
