Lucci Air downrods are non-threaded with set screws and cross pin for added security and stability. A general guide to choose the correct downrod for your ceiling height is: 8 to 9-foot ceiling, 6' downrod; 10-foot ceiling, 12' downrod; 11-foot ceiling, 18' downrod; 12-foot ceiling, 24' downrod; 13-foot ceiling, 36' downrod. 14-foot, 48' downrod; 15-foot, 60' downrod.
