The Note 20 Ultra came in excellent condition. Looks and so fsr works great. It came with an Original Samsung block and charger as well as the tool used to open the sim card tray. This was super easy to set-up. I just put my T-mobile sim card in and followed the easy instructions. Generic box-meh
