Ultimate Washer Professional Pressure Washer Cart Frame with Wheels and Push Handle

What I received was an obvious returned cart. The cart foot was assembled with the nozzle gromets in between the feet and the bracket. The small handle was badly bent and would not line up with the frame. and there was no assembly instructions in the box. I called their 24/7 customer service line and asked for someone to help me understand why I received a used / returned cart. The very nice lady took my information and said someone would call me. It is 6 hours later and no call back yet. Luckily I have a large vice and was able to bend the small bracket enough to get the bolts through. Also note that the cart will not bolt up to the predator 420 cc motor without removing the emissions box and modifying the bracket. There were 4 extra axel bolts, 5 extra axel washers and extra gromets see photos. No manufacturer would send out this much extra hardware. Not a new cart!
