Bad Turbo, no support!

This turbo looked good coming out of the box. It was installed, and then the problems started. The vanes are sticking, and I think that the actuator cam gear was not aligned right a the code continue to say that the vane position failed to learn. The seller says that i can return for a refund. $1,400.00 labor to install the turbo, and he says that i can retu for a refund!! Don't buy a turbo from Mid Valley!
