Tires are good quality but, having them put on at Walmart was probably my mistake. My rim was fine no low tire until I got a nail in it. I decided to get new tires I needed them. The next morning my tire pressure was 9! I went back and they gave me a hard time trying to say I probably got something in it. When they finally decided there was nothing in it, they broke it down and then told me my rim was cracked. Ummm… Why wouldn't they have told me that less than 24 hours before when they put the new tires on. Maybe because they did it and thought I'm just a female and I wouldn't be back. Extremely disappointed in Walmart Auto Center. They then tell me I can buy a new rim and they can put it on for me for free.

Great but with some Hiccups

the tires are great, and my only dislike was that the organization at the Bryant, AR Walmart wasn't good. it took over a week after the date my tires were supposed to be there for anyone to let me know to come in, and I had to call. They didn't call me. and i had to call them 3-4 times before anyone even knew they were there. just more and better organization would be hreat customer service. and if I order them and expect them on saya monday then thats when they should be there especially if I order thenm 2-3 weeks prior to my scheduled apointment time. ORGANIZATION IS KEY. but overall, once I got there, they were helpful and quick and did a great job. my husband drives the vehicle on a really rough road and he says the tires are great and worth the money spent.
