I found Ross & Simons on line and the bracelet. I showed my wife and she said yes, the purchase went well. The bracelet is beautiful. I had to call customer service with a question in RI, and the person I spoke with was really courteous and helpful. Great bracelet, service, and communication.

The bracelet is good quality and an excellent value for the price. When ordering, be sure to check the wrist size needed, since even the 7 1/2" size results in the bracelet fitting loosely.
