We love this chair! The whole family is already taking turns in it daily. I expected it to be much more large and bulky but it fits nicely in our living room and doesnt take up too much space. The massage and options it provides makes it impossible not to find something that eases your stress and relieves pain. The customer service was also amazing as I had an issue with delivery, but they handled everything with promptness and provided a wonderful experience. Overall, I highly recommend this chair for its comfort and exceptional value for the price!

It takes a week or so to get familiar with the chairs operations. I have found that you can set the chair to just work on 1 spot or the upper back - shoulder region or set it work on the lower back and apply heat. I found that you can adjust the feet rollers to less intense rolls or stop the rollers completely, adjust the air inflation to 3 separate intensities or shut it off. I am still learning but it is doing wonders on my back. If you dont like it at first give yourself some time to learn how to use the controller to adjust the intensities. I have now had the balichun chair for many days and use it every night. I love it. I gifted myself and am not disappointed in it. Ive had no problems with it. The delivery said Aug 10th. It shipped and I received it 2 weeks earlier. It is NOT recommended for Osteoporosis.They caution you that if you have Osteoporosis not to use it. (I have put towels etc where the rollers seem too strong.)
