I'm told that I snore. I wouldn't know except I'm not feeling rested in the morning, presumably from snoring. Tried the spray(I have already tried everything including cpap) and feel like I'm getting more sleep. Not as forgetful, feel more energetic and not napping as soon as I get home from work. It may be psychosomatic but I'll keep using until if/when it stops working. Very happy with purchase.
