Ridiculously Sized!!

I ordered an XXL as I am a size 16. Knew when it came out of the plastic bag it was shipped in it was too small. my size 8 21yr old daughter couldn't get it up and over herbshoulders. We guess it about a size 4 at best (sm) im womens. Cant imagine how small the other sizes must be. The belt fit around me though. If I had bought this straight from a no-name store straight from Overseas I wouldn't have been surprised. Walmart, a quality check of your outsourced retails is Highly Suggested!!
