Remote doesn't work and seller never responds!

My dog got ahold of my original remote so I came on Walmart.com to order a replacement.. I looked it up via the brand and model number made sure everything matched. The description stated that the remote would not need to be linked once received just open the package and start using! LIE! I placed batteries in the remote and tried to turn up the volume and nothing! So I tried reaching out to the seller on two occasions with no response!

Only powers on ONN sound bar from Walmart. Will not preform any other function. Power button does not turning off the unit. It appears that there is no way to reorder a replacement remote if said remote is damaged or lost. Sad face.
