I call it Get Pregnant Powder

I use this instead of birth control to manage my irregular periods. BC would always cause me problems as well as studies linking it to causing certain types of cancer, which runs in my family. I use Pregnositol because my aunt recommended it, since it helped her daughter (my cousin.) I feel less pain than before, my flows are not months apart or last over two weeks and they are much easier to manage. I can't promise this will work for everyone but it has helped me so much, I'd recommend trying it at least once. I'm not in as much pain anymore and it's wonderful, lol As a joke, I call it get pregnant powder. I have no plans to get pregnant soon, lol, but it's funny. I'm 20 years old and have been using this for a year now. Results took 2-3 months to be fully noticeable.

Improved egg quality!

I have PCOS. Needed help improving egg quality. Took this supplement along with vitex (to shorten my long cycles) for 3 months. It takes about 90 days for eggs to develop before ovulation. The very first cycle after three months I'm pregnant! This month marked 1 full year since we have been trying. I'm thankful.
