The Step2 Atherton 74-inch Weathered Cedar Mailbox Post Kit is an elegant mail post designed to fit T1, T2, T3 and T4 mailboxes and easily fits over an existing standard 4 x 4 post. Made from resin this beautiful mail post molded detail will complement most architectural styles and comes in two colors: Gray and Brown. Unlike metal or wooden mail posts the Atherton Mail Post Kit is made of resin meaning no matter the weather challenge: rain, snow or extremely sunny this mail post kit will not chip, splinter, fade, rust or tarnish. Assembly is required and the kit comes with stainless steel hardware. Basic tools required for installation: a drill, socket wrench and screwdriver if a post exists. Lastly, all Step2 products come with a limited 2-year warranty.

Elegant & Regal Appearance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Mail Post should last for as long we need it because of the materials used for this very nice wood look. The Post has a regal feel to it, expresses our family personality perfectly, and pairs well with the complementary mailbox. The setup was a little more involved for us because our terrain is sandy, and my husband had to add a block of wood inside the Mail Post so that we can ensure it will stand up to the weather. I would select this Post again.
