Excellent one pill a day option
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these vitamins. I've been taking them off and on for years. It's one pill a day which I love. They don't cause any unwanted side effects like an upset stomach but I always take them with food. They aren't super large either, nor do they have a terrible aftertaste assuming you take them with food. I highly recommend.

Good Multivitamin with no Stomach upset
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Centrum has always made great multivitamins and this one for women over 50 is up to the challenge! This particular vitamin is great for me since I'm 60 and I don't get all the necessary vitamins through my food, to keep me healthy so I'm grateful for the multivitamin. The sister is simple, 1 per day with a meal. The pill is ready to swallow and I take it in the morning with breakfast so no stomach upset. I've only taken this multivitamin for 3 weeks, the benefits won't be noticeable for a few weeks. @influenster @centrumsilverwomen50+ @centrumus #complimentary
