Toner is viscous and runny when you use it. I love using it on a cotton pad and pour a little more and patting it in. There's a herbal scent that I thought I couldn't get over. The results of the toner made me bypass the smell. My skin is hydrated, soothed, redness is reduced, and breakouts minimised. It takes a second to absorb but I love going in with the serum version right after this toner. My combination and aging skin loves it.
