Disappointing!

I ordered these balloons for my grandson's birthday party. There were ten children invited and ten balloons. However, two of the balloons were defective and their seams were not sealed properly causing the balloons to leak their helium. We had to scramble to buy two more balloons before the party so that each child had a balloon.
