I adore, I'm in love with these flat irons. I have short to medium length hair. The tampered ends of the irons allow me to get really close to the edges of my 4 C hair. I had been using the flat irons I've own for the past 10 years. They were okay when I was getting a relaxer, butmiw that I have gone natural and gray. They were not getting the job done. With my new flat irons. My hair as straight as it was ba k in the day when mom would get it with the old hot comb. I love it.

I like everything about the flat iron so far. It gets hot and the coating hasn't peeled, although I've only used it once so far. I also like that it has heat settings straight through the temperature range in 10 degree increments and beeps each time the button is pressed to change temperatures. I got it in hot pink, which makes it easy to locate, and I really like the color for it. One more thing is that when you place it down with the plates about parallel to the surface you place it on, it doesn't roll over to the side with the potential to burn something (due to its shape and the swivel cord).
