Cal mag an vitamin minerals
So here is the truth. I know the absolute benefits of Trace Minerals. The cal and the electro minerals pills are much too large for most peoples willingness to swallow. The biggest concern is the recommended intake. If someone wants to get extra calcium and get their vitamins, they have to take five large pills. The amount of Trace Minerals in these five large pills will guarantee someone has explosive diarrhea later that day. Ive been taking Trace Minerals etc. for, about 15 years now and this is exactly what happens if I take the recommended amount. it happens every single time so I can only take one calcium pill and one vitamin pill at a time which means throughout the day you have to keep taking pills. _x000D_ It would be great if these supplements could be made into a drinkable powder like the sports drinks you have with the right amount of Trace Minerals so they dont give you diarrhea issues. _x000D_ I love what you guys stand for Im 100% behind trace mineral supplementation and Id like for you to see if you can create a product more consumable so more people will be likely to use it

Broken pills
I cant yet speak to the quality of the supplement but because I have to take four giant pills to meet the correct dosage, I was disappointed to find many of the pills broken inside the bottle. It makes for a whole lot of pill swallowing.
