Frustrated

When I picked this item up I was so excited. But once I got it home I found no instructions and the box will not open! I tried moved the combination numbers and bringing it back to the original 000 but no luck. Tried to contact manufacturer but it is Christmas and no one to talk to. So right now it is a useless book.
