Item did not specify used on post , poor service.

When purchasing this textbook, there were no indications that it was used on the posting. I was under the impression that the book was brand new. I spoke with Walmart chat (A****a) on 12/29/24 and they said they were going to reach out to owner. They also could not see on posting that the item was used. Weeks went by and today I spoke with Walmart chat. Apparently (A****a) from 12/29/24 never reached out to owner. There was no history of them reaching out. Today, the representative (A***l) seemed rushed and left before I could respond. My experience was terrible when receiving the item and also when speaking with the Walmart chat service.
