I've had my bag for about 2 weeks. Still trying to get used to it. I use it for my lunch. I work 12-16 hour shifts. I place frozen bottles of water (3-4 bottles) inside to keep my things cold. Then drink the water as it melts. Most often I'm pulling out the water to thaw. I'd say it's keeping the cold stuff cold with the ice bottles. It's cute and it's spacious. I pack a lot of snacks- and a couple meals into this bag. The pockets hold my thermal cups and silverware, condiments, pens and so on…. Easy to carry and feels good on your back. I like it!
