Misleading... at best

Although it says "Backrest" in the name... I found it misleading to have a full photo of the stool, and all of the features describing a stool, as well as a customer comment talking about how they like that the stool was adjustable. My fault for misreading the title, but Walmart.com needs to fix the post immediately!!! Needless to say... when I received 6 backrests ONLY... I was terribly disappointed.
