Excellent!
I have been experiencing itching in my intimate area so I went to my OB and she informed that this is due to lack of Probiotics. Apparently, Probiotics is not just helpful with gut, digestion, and constipation, but it also helps with the hormonal changes. Benefit is the itching went away when I start taking this.
