Safavieh Dhurries Jona Geometric Area Rug, Dark Blue, 4' x 6'

So I bought 4 sizes of this rug, all red color option. First off, the sizes are not what they say, so when you purchase the non-slip mat they recommend, it ends up being larger than the rug itself. NEXT, the red dye in the wool of the rug TRANSFERS to CARPET and CLOTHES! My beige indoor carpet and many of my socks were stained red! It did not come out of either, and I had to get new carpet installed in my room. NEXT, they only let you ship back 1 item at a time (""as per policy""), so if you bought 4 rugs like me, you can forget getting your money back because they only give you 30 days from the date of delivery and it takes forever to just send back one item, not that you can even complain because of their seemingly non-existent customer returns hotline. You call as soon as they open in the morning and you wait 38 minutes only for your call to be dropped. Total waste of time and SO much money. The 4 rugs cost me around $500 or so dollars, the cost of replacing my bedroom carpet from the stained red dye from the rugs cost me $1200, not to mention the biggest headache and anxiety I've experienced EVER with ordering and (UNsuccessfully) returning items I've EVER experienced. Do NOT waste your money and precious time dealing with this company. See pictures I included for proof of how the dye transfers to fabric... These rugs must be made from what Nightmares are made of...
