My daughters iPad was cracked when we opened the box at the right bottom corner. But then I saw a screen protector and was sure it was as only the cover. But it is the actual iPad :( she said it was okay so eager to play on it, but it's not even capable of downloading any apps because it won't update to the new iOS update. They don't make updates for it anymore apparently. Waste of time and money very upset 8 year old for her first tablet:(

I ordered 2 of these, both were dirty out of the box. Stickers had been pulled off leaving residue on the backs of both. Neither one of them hold a charge. Battery shows 91 percent on one and just dies, the other goes out at 85. These are not restored at all, they are just deleted.
