Not as Described When Purchased
This product looks great... until you try to place a collectors baseball bat inside and realize that the plastic supports inside the case are not switchable. That means that if you have, as I do, a collectors' bat that was signed with the large end of the bat on the right side, it cannot be displayed in this case. That should have been noted on the description of the case. Adding insult to injury, this product cannot be returned to Walmart. Instead, it must be returned to the manufacturer and the consumer has to pay not only the shipping costs, but the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. Additionally, they mention a "potential" restocking fee. By the time I return this item I won't get back half of what I paid for it. If Walmart really wants to compete with Amazon with online sales, they need to model Amazon's hassle free return policy. This is a very unpleasant experience all around.
