Judging by the track list, like a lot of 15-year-olds, Radio Disney is more excited about the present than the past. There are a few older tracks on here, such as Hilary Duff's "Wake Up" and Britney Spears' "...Baby One More Time," one of the songs that ushered in the teen-pop heyday of the late '90s and early 2000s as well as Disney's dominance of that style. However, most of the compilation focuses on late-2000s and early-2010s Radio Disney stars as well as up-and-coming artists. Justin Bieber's "Baby" might be the most well-known and inescapable of these songs, but Willow Smith's "21st Century Girl" and Selena Gomez & the Scene's "Who Says [Acoustic Version]" are among the other standouts. Tracks by Greyson Chance, the Ready Set, Mindless Behavior, and Hot Chelle Rae round out the collection, which isn't as much of a look back as its title implies -- which is probably fine with its intended audience. ~ Heather Phares, Rovi
