Went to Urgent care with pain in neck and arm. Had x-rays. Later, went to specialist. Was told arthritis in arm and neck. Told to take 3 OTC meds. One was Glucosamine Chondroitin. I chose Nature. Made. Been using lots of their products, when needed. Arthritis pain gone. Even when I slow down on the other 2 OTC Meds, I'm still taking the Glucosamine Chondroitin daily. When I go back to specialist, going to ask him, If GC is something I can take forever.
