Everly Women's Diamond and Created Sapphire Sterling Silver Engagement Ring

I ordered this ring for my wife, we were very excited to see it. We have had mostly good things to say about our Wal-Mart jewelry purchaces, including on-line. Clearly though, the ring we recieved had been returned by another customer and had undergone ZERO quality inspection before being resold to us. The center diamond was chipped and cracked, the and ring was heavily scuffed from wear. We understand that much of the discounted stock has been returned, the scuffing could have been forgiven, but to have a damaged stone just repackaged and mailed out is rediculous. Very disappointed.
