More of a medium weight, but durable!

I have been using this better homes and gardens heavyweight shower liner for about a month now and I don’t have any complaints with it! Even though it says heavyweight, I would consider this more of a medium weight. That being said, it is made very well and doesn’t feel flimsy. It was easy to install and had zero offensive odors from the plastic. I like that it has metal grommets, and that I didn’t have to poke any of the holes out myself like you do with some of the cheaper ones. After a month of use I haven’t noticed any rusted at all, and no tears at all on the holes. I also like that it’s frosted for privacy! So far I haven’t noticed any mildew, discoloration or hard water stains on it, so it does seem to actually be mildew resistant like it says. Lastly, I do like that it is made from some recycled materials as well! That makes me feel good about choosing this liner over others. The weighted magnets do keep it stuck to the tub and out of my way. Overall I really like this shower curtain and do not have any complaints!

What I needed

Unlike my previous shower curtains /liners, this one doesn’t blow around while I’m in the shower. This curtain maintains its position at the bottom and sides, so no more wet floor or having the curtain drift in and stick to me. This curtain is not as thick or heavy as other heavy curtains I’ve tried for this purpose.

Frosted and thick

This Frosted shower curtain liner is pretty thick. It's frosted for privacy, so if someone else is in the bathroom, they can't really see details through the curtain. You can see shapes though. I'm using this in our shower stall that our neighbor remodeled for us. We opted for no shower door since the cost was so high and I hate cleaning them. He hung us a curved rod and we just use a shower curtain liner. Nice and easy! The soap scum seems to not stick to this liner, but I've on had it a short time. The grommets are super thick and substantial. They won't rip out if someone grabs the liner and flings it open or closed quickly. There are magnets in the bottom, but for our stall, they don't adhere. I just leave the liner open a bit so the air circulates and doesn't cause a vacuum. Thus, no magnets needed! If you have a tub, these will stick for you. The length was just right for our stall, it's standard height. With a brand name like Better Homes & Gardens, I felt like this will last a lot longer than an off brand curtain liner.
