Broke instantly. Not a fast charger!!

First off I didn't get what is pictured. I tried it anyway. It didn't say fast charging when I plugged it up. In the 30mins it was charging, while I drove. It didn't even charge it 20%. When my husband got in the car. He looked at it. The part plugged into the charging adapter, was broke off. I boxed it back up and returned it. I'm still waiting on my refund. I paid for it immediately. I should get my money back immediately!!!
