3" wide tie down strap offers exceptional strength- a 5,400 lb. break strength- in a size that's less bulky than a bigger 4" ratcheting tie down. Equipped with a zinc-plated, wide-handled ratchet on the 12" fixed end. Flat hooks have a black powder coat finish and a defender on the slot opening to protect the webbing from wear.
