My daughter has suffered from IBS since 10 years old. This Lactaid has literally saved her since she discovered it when she was 14. She can eat ice cream, fettuccine Alfredo and so many other “creamy:milky” foods. She carries it whenever she goes. It calms her anxiety about foods so much! Well Worth It To Be Able To Enjoy Dairy
I've used this product for years, and am thankful it was developed. I wish it came in a maximum strength so 3 caplets didn't have to be taken at once. However considering the fact that it allows me the ability to consume dairy, this is currently my go-to OTC (over the counter) medication. Definitely Recommend
