Just when I was about to give up, I tried Better Goods Orange Mango water. It's delicious! I can drink a whole can no problem. It's refreshing and flavorful. Flavorful being the key word. I'm sold and my migraines have subsided from being dehydrated all the time. You gotta try them.

hooked on bubbles, but diet soda makes you fat. Since I switched to sparkling water, I bave lost over 100 pounds. Im not saying you'll get similar results, but most people need more water. Caffeine dosnt rehydrate, water does. The flavor is light, just enough to give you a hint of something beyond plain water, most are delicious, and most brands are pretty much identical, making this the most cost effective
