I picked up the BetterGoods Dried Carrot Sticks on a whim, and I'm so glad I did! So i've definitely had better freeze dried vegetables, specifically carrots that we're speaking about.But this brand has some really hard pieces, so be very careful because it hurts your teeth and gives you a headache if you crunch on them too much!
