A Snack with Impact
The crunch is , great and the sweet/salty flavor of the teriyaki is just right and my personal favorite. Nori has so many benefits like: potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, 40% protein and vitamins like: A (87%), B1, B2, B3,B6,B5, folate, C, K. Even a small amount of nori has a lot of vitamin impact. Paired with the tempura rice layer, this is a healthy snack in my opinion. Better than other snacks that don't have any beneficial vitamins. The flavor is mild, I think you will like it. There is also BBQ flavor if you prefer.
